Building Package - What is provided?

• Structural Design and Working Construction Drawings - We can tailor our structural designs to suit local design codes for compliance with local government regulations. Our current designs are based on internationally recognised NZ, British, American and Australian design standards.
• Detailed photographic erection guidelines.
• Material schedule - detailing and identifying individual pre-cut and pre-manufactured components, and where they fit in the building scheme.
• Precision packaged building componentry - materials as scheduled arrive fully containerised and packaged to simplify the construction phase. Package includes full material list according to specification requirements from holding down bolt sets, all structural members, claddings, flashings, linings, insulation, fastenings, proprietary entry and pedestrian doors, door hardware, ventilation flaps and every other bit in between. Packaging specification is strictly controlled to ensure that the goods arrive to site in factory fresh condition.
